For entirely new private-mold (ODM) projects or customized PVD finishes, the MOQ starts at 200-300 pcs to efficiently amortize the high-precision CNC tooling costs.

How do you handle quality control for custom brass faucet orders?

Quality is engineered at the source. We utilize premium Low-Lead or DZR brass substrates. Before assembly, every finish batch undergoes 24H Acid Salt Spray (ASS) tests in our internal lab. During final assembly, 100% of our faucets are subjected to rigorous high-pressure air and water burst testing to guarantee zero micro-leaks.
