What We Confirm Before Production
- Product Schedule
Confirm the product category, model, quantity, unit or room type, finish and accessory scope. - Installation Requirements
Confirm the mounting method, connection, rough-in, key dimensions and required flow rate where applicable. - Item Documents
Confirm the available documents for each selected item and destination market. - Packing Plan
Confirm carton marks, unit, room or floor labels, spare parts and shipment batches where required.
How we handle a project order
From initial requirements to shipment, each project moves through four clear stages.
Step 1
Review the Requirements
Send your BOQ, product schedule, drawings or reference images. We review the product scope, target market, quantities, specifications and required timeline.
Step 2
Approve the Sample
We prepare samples based on the confirmed requirements. Standard-product samples can normally be prepared in about seven days, while custom samples follow a separately confirmed schedule.
Step 3
Confirm Production & Inspection
After sample and order approval, production follows the confirmed specifications, drawings, BOM and finish references. Inspection requirements are confirmed according to the products included in the order.
Step 4
Prepare for Shipment
Products are packed according to the confirmed packing requirements, carton marks and project sorting instructions. Final shipment details are coordinated before release.
