Confirm the shower column specification
Valve type, outlet layout, connections and finish are confirmed for the selected model and destination market.

Valve control
Choose a mechanical or thermostatic valve based on the model and market requirements.
Thermostatic options can include a 38°C safety setting, temperature control and cold-water failure protection.

Outlet layout
Select the outlets required for the model, such as an overhead shower, hand shower, tub spout or waterfall outlet. Shelf designs are also available on selected models.

Connection & installation
Confirm G or NPT connections, mounting centres, installation height, water pressure and required flow before sampling.

Finish & branding
Choose an available finish, laser logo, labels and packing for your program. Finish samples can be approved before bulk production.
Shower column manufacturing in Jiangmen
Luxuryhome manages brass forming, CNC machining, polishing, laser marking, assembly, testing and packing at its Jiangmen factory.
Electroplating, PVD and other specified coatings are completed by two approved partners. Finished lots return to Jiangmen for sampled checks before release.
Shower column testing and compliance
Testing and document scope depend on the selected model, valve, finish and destination market.

Air-leakage test
Each shower system is tested at 0.6-0.8 MPa for 5-10 seconds to check the valve body, connections and assembled waterway for leakage.

Thermostatic checks
Applicable thermostatic models are checked for the 38°C safety setting, temperature stability and cold-water failure protection.

Finish and corrosion checks
PVD finishes undergo 24-hour AASS testing. Chrome-plated products undergo 200+ hours NSS under ISO 9227. Finish appearance is also checked before packing.

Market documents
Certification is model-specific. Available programs may include cUPC/UPC, WaterMark, WRAS, ACS, DVGW, TMV2 or SINTEF, depending on the product and market.
