Why is the water pressure low immediately after installation?

This is usually caused by debris (sand or pipe tape) clogging the lines during construction. We recommend removing the aerator and flushing the lines for 1 minute before first use. Our supply hoses also include built-in mesh filters to trap debris before it enters the cartridge.

The pull-down sprayer doesn't retract all the way back. How to fix it?

This is often a gravity ball (counterweight) positioning issue. Ensure the weight is installed on the sprayer hose at the marked position (usually 3-5cm above the bottom loop) and that the hose path under the sink is clear of pipes or garbage disposals.

What is the required installation depth for concealed shower valves?

Our universal rough-in boxes are designed with a tolerance range. The recommended depth is typically 50mm to 70mm (from the rough wall to the finished tile surface). The box includes a cutting guide on the protective cover for easy trimming after tiling.

The faucet handle feels loose after some time. Is it broken?

Likely not. It’s usually just the grub screw loosening slightly due to daily use. Locate the small hole under the handle cap (or behind the handle), and use the 2.5mm Hex key provided in the box to retighten it firmly.

What size hole do I need to drill in the countertop?

Our single-hole faucets fit standard 35mm (1-3/8") holes. However, our mounting shank allows for holes up to 38mm. For 3-hole sinks, we provide optional Deck Plates (Escutcheons) to cover the unused holes.

Do I need to use Teflon tape on the flexible hose connections?

No. Our supply hoses come with pre-installed rubber O-rings inside the nut. Using Teflon tape here can actually prevent a proper seal and cause leaks. Tape is only recommended for NPT threaded pipe connections (like shower arms).
