Choose the Sink Specification
The approved specification defines the material, thickness, construction and finish for each model.
Material
SUS304 is used for standard sink programs. SUS316 is available for projects that require it. Approved SUS304 composition may be 18/8 or 18/10.
Thickness
Handmade sinks are available in 16 gauge (1.5 mm). Drawn sinks are available in 18 gauge (1.2 mm).
Bowl and Corner
Choose the bowl size, depth, single or double bowl layout, and R0 or R10 corner design.
Surface Finish
Commercial satin, brushed and selected PVD finishes are available by model. Approve the physical finish sample before production.
Sink Construction and Accessory Options
Choose the sound control, undercoating and accessories required for the sink program. Available options depend on the model.
Sound and Condensation Control
3 mm EVA pads can cover more than 80% of the sink base to reduce vibration and metal noise.
An anti-condensation undercoating is also available for the underside of the sink.
Workstation and Accessory Options
Compatible models can use cutting boards, roll-up racks and colanders.
Selected programs can also include basket strainers, drain kits, soap dispensers and glass rinsers.
Kitchen Sink Dimensions and Installation
Confirm the sink dimensions, drain setup and mounting details before sample approval.
- Rim and Countertop Fit
Applicable undermount sinks use an approved rim flatness tolerance of less than 2 mm. Confirm the sink dimensions and countertop cutout before installation. - Drainage
Selected models use a 3-1/2 inch (90 mm) drain opening. Handmade sinks can also use an X-channel and a 3-degree bowl slope to guide water toward the drain. - Installation Details
CAD cutout templates and stainless steel mounting clips are available by model. Adjustable clips can support countertop thicknesses from 20 to 40 mm.

Packaging and Nested Loading
Nested packing is available for suitable sink models. Compared with individual boxing, an approved nested plan can increase container loading by up to 40%.

The final quantity depends on the sink size, bowl depth, accessory pack and container plan.
