Products and Market Requirements
Cartridge choice depends on the faucet type and target market. Sedal, Kerox, Vernet, Wanhai and other approved options are available where specified. No brand is standard across every model.
Luxuryhome mainly manufactures basin, kitchen and bathtub faucets. We also make shower systems, thermostatic systems, concealed systems and stainless steel kitchen sinks.
Bathroom hardware is made in limited volume. Some floor drains, components and project accessories are sourced and inspected.
Brass options include H59, low-lead brass specified below 0.25% lead, and DZR CZ122/CW602N. The exact material depends on the product and target market. It is recorded in the approved order specification.
Tell us the destination market and exact product. We review the model, inlet connection, certification scope, packaging and required documents before quotation. Previous export experience does not replace local approval.
Yes. Laser logo marking is available from 50 sets for standard faucet and shower programs. We can also add approved labels, manuals and packaging.
Full-colour custom cartons have a supplier MOQ of 200 cartons. The logo artwork and packing sample must be approved before production.
Samples, Orders and Pricing
Yes. Existing standard-product samples can normally be prepared in about seven days after the requirements are confirmed.
Custom finishes, components or new product development may take longer. Sample and freight costs are included in the quotation.
Standard production takes about 35 to 40 days after the product, finish, logo, packaging and order details are confirmed.
Sea freight is not included. Custom finishes, packaging or new moulds can extend the schedule.
Luxuryhome is a B2B manufacturer. We do not sell single consumer orders through the website.
Brands, wholesalers, distributors and project buyers can send us their product, market and quantity details for a quotation.

The standard MOQ is 50 sets per SKU for faucets and shower systems. Custom finishes normally require 100 sets per SKU.

Factory and Project Protection
Luxuryhome’s faucet facility supports a normal output of more than 60,000 complete faucet and shower sets per month.
Capacity for kitchen sinks and custom programs is confirmed separately before quotation.
Yes. Buyer visits and third-party audits are available by appointment at our current Jiangmen facility.
We confirm the audit scope, available areas and meeting time before the visit.
We can sign an NDA before reviewing a custom project. The file list, access rights and permitted use of drawings are agreed before development starts.
