What Our QC Process Protects

Each QC checkpoint protects four outcomes that matter in bulk faucet procurement.

Market Access

Material, flow rate and model-specific compliance checks reduce customs and project approval risk.

Batch Consistency

CNC inspection, finish validation and controlled assembly reduce variation between samples, bulk orders and replenishment batches.

Lower RMA Exposure

Leakage, pressure and life-cycle testing help reduce field failures, plumber callouts and replacement freight.

Reliable Project Delivery

Packaging checks, batch records and pre-shipment review reduce missing parts, shipping damage and handover delays.

Incoming Quality Control

Every incoming lot must be approved before it enters production.

  • Brass: Batch number and Mill Test Certificate checked against the approved low-lead or DZR specification.
  • Components: Cartridges, aerators, hoses and seals checked against the approved BOM.
  • Market Fit: Threads, connections and flow-control parts verified for the destination market.
  • Release: Each lot marked Accepted, On Hold or Rejected.

In-Process Quality Control

First-piece approval sets the production standard. Patrol inspection checks critical points during each batch.

  • Casting: Cracks, visible porosity and blocked waterways.
  • CNC: Dimensions, threads and sealing faces.
  • Polishing: Pits, waves, scratches and sharp edges.
  • Assembly: Components, seals, alignment and torque.

Finish Batch Validation

Surface treatment is completed by partners in an environmental industrial park. Each lot returns to LuxuryHome for internal inspection before assembly.

  • Color: Compared with the buyer-approved master sample.
  • Corrosion: 24-hour salt spray test.
  • Adhesion: Cross-hatch and boiling-water tests.
  • Abrasion: Falling-sand test.

Functional Testing Before Packing

Testing focuses on the failures that create RMA claims, site repairs and project delays.

  • Leakage: Air and water checks on each assembled faucet.
  • Pressure: Burst testing on selected valve bodies and hoses.
  • Performance: Flow rate checked against the approved specification.
  • Durability: Cartridge, diverter and thermostatic function validation.

Faucet Testing Matrix

Use the filters to review the controls for materials, finishes, function and packaging.

Control point Verification Frequency Procurement risk
Brass and components Material certificate, batch and BOM check Every incoming lot Material or configuration mismatch
Finish batch Color, 24-hour salt spray and adhesion checks Every coating lot Corrosion, peeling and color variation
Assembled faucet Air and water leakage test Every unit Leakage-related RMA
Valve body and hose Burst pressure test Defined sampling Pressure failure and property damage
Water outlet Flow rate test Model and batch verification Failed project or market requirements
Cartridge and diverter Life-cycle test Validation and defined sampling Early wear and functional claims
Export packaging Content, carton and drop checks New configuration and batch sampling Transit damage and missing parts

* Testing pressure, duration, sampling level and acceptance criteria are defined by the product model, order specification and destination standard.

Packaging Validation for Export Handling

Each packed order is checked against the approved product and shipping specification.

  • Complete Set: Faucet, hoses, hardware, accessories and instructions.
  • Protection: Inner packaging, carton strength and drop validation.
  • Identification: Product labels, barcodes and carton marks.
  • Quantity: Mixed-SKU cartons matched to the packing list.

Batch Traceability and Corrective Action

Each order connects the material lot, finish lot, assembly record, inspection result and shipment release.

Purchase Order → Material Batch → Finish Batch → Assembly → Final Inspection → Shipment

Failed lots are placed on hold. Corrective action and re-inspection are required before release.

Compliance Confirmed by Product and Market

Certification depends on the product model and destination market.

Before quotation, we confirm the material, flow rate, connection standard and required certification.

Supported programs: cUPC · WaterMark · CE · AB1953 · WRAS · ACS · DVGW

Review the Evidence Before Order Approval

You do not need to rely on a general quality claim. Review the records that support the order.

Sample QC File

Request redacted IQC, finish, leakage, pressure, life-cycle or packaging records.

Live Factory Audit

Review the production line, laboratory and document-control process through a scheduled video audit or factory visit.

Third-Party Inspection

Your appointed inspection company can check the approved specification, order quantity, workmanship, packaging and shipment status.

Faucet Quality Control FAQ

Each assembled faucet receives end-of-line air and water leakage checks before packing. The inspection result is linked to the production order.

The coating lot is compared with an approved master sample. Color, adhesion, corrosion resistance and surface condition are checked before assembly.

Surface treatment is completed by qualified partners in a regulated environmental industrial park. Luxuryhome defines the specification and performs internal inspection when each lot returns.

Yes. Redacted sample records and test videos are available for qualified B2B projects. Order-specific documents can be agreed during project confirmation.

Incoming lots are matched with the approved material specification, supplier batch and Mill Test Certificate. Additional material testing can be arranged when required by the project.

The affected lot is marked and isolated. The issue is recorded, reviewed and corrected. Re-inspection is required before the lot can move forward.

Yes. Buyer-appointed third-party inspection can be included in the production and shipment schedule.

No. Certification depends on the product model and target market. We confirm the applicable certificate before quotation and sample approval.
