The approved order defines the required material. Requirements depend on the product, customer specification and destination market.
Supplier material certificates and internal sampling support batch control and traceability.
For applicable low-lead programs, the order specification can require brass below 0.25% lead.
External Finishing Responsibility
Luxuryhome does not complete electroplating, PVD, powder coating, painting or electrophoretic finishing inside its Jiangmen factory.
Two approved partners complete these processes in compliant environmental industrial parks. Luxuryhome checks their qualifications and defines the finish requirements.
Completed lots return to the Jiangmen factory for sampled verification before production release.
