For standard OEM orders, our production lead time is typically 35 to 45 days after the receipt of the deposit and confirmation of packaging artwork. For new projects requiring new mold development, an additional timeline for tooling and sample approval will be provided upfront.

Sample Policy: We charge a nominal fee for samples and shipping initially. However, this sample cost is 100% refundable and will be deducted from your first bulk order. This ensures our resources are focused on serious partners.
Samples: 5-7 working days.
Mass Production: Generally 35-40 days after deposit receipt.
Note: We operate a strict production schedule. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a specific “Ready Date” so you can book shipping space in advance.
For Bulk Orders: We typically require a 30% deposit via T/T to start production, with the 70% balance paid before shipment (or against B/L copy for established partners). Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted for larger amounts.
For Sample Orders: PayPal or Credit Card is accepted for speed and convenience.
