Incoming brass and components are checked against the approved order and specification.
H59, low-lead and DZR brass options are selected according to the product, customer specification and destination market. Approved components and connections also follow the project specification.

Choices are confirmed for each product program. They are not applied to every model by default.

Product and mould engineering are completed in Jiangmen.
Two gravity-casting workstations and two hot-forging machines form faucet bodies for approved designs. Production follows the approved drawing, BOM, sample and inspection plan.

Luxuryhome factory uses 20+ CNC machining centres and 10 CNC lathes.

Critical dimensions can be controlled to ±0.02 mm where required by the approved drawing and inspection plan. This tolerance does not apply to every dimension.

Faucet bodies are deburred and prepared for the required finish.

Luxuryhome uses 20+ manual polishing stations and two automatic or robotic polishing machines. The method depends on the product and finish specification.

Two approved partners complete electroplating, PVD and other specified coatings in compliant environmental industrial parks.

These processes are not completed inside the Jiangmen factory. Finished lots return to Jiangmen for sampled checks before production release.

Luxuryhome Jiangmen factory has five air and water leakage test stations, three salt-spray chambers, and equipment for burst-pressure, life-cycle, thermostatic and material checks.
