From Finish Brief to Batch Release

2. Approve the Physical Sample

We confirm the available finish route, MOQ and sample timing. Existing standard-product samples can normally be prepared in approximately seven days after requirements are confirmed. Custom colours are scheduled case by case.

3. Verify the Production Lot

Two approved finishing partners in compliant environmental industrial parks complete the specified surface treatment. Completed lots return to Luxuryhome’s Jiangmen factory for sampled verification before production release.

All PVD colours undergo 24-hour AASS validation under the applicable finish plan. Chrome-plated products undergo 200+ hours of NSS validation under ISO 9227 and the applicable finish plan. Where required, the plan may also include cross-hatch adhesion, falling-sand abrasion and boiling-water testing.

We cannot promise zero colour variation across every batch. The approved physical sample and order specification form the acceptance basis, and returned lots are sampled against them before release. Any numerical colour tolerance must include an agreed measurement method.

There is no universal coastal finish based on colour alone. Share the chloride exposure, humidity, cleaning chemicals, maintenance conditions, product model and substrate. We will confirm the available finish route, physical sample and applicable validation plan for the project.

Custom finishes normally require 100 sets per SKU. Standard faucets and shower systems normally have a 50-set MOQ per SKU. Final requirements depend on the selected model, finish and project scope.

Existing standard-product samples can normally be prepared in approximately seven days after requirements are confirmed. Custom colours, structures or new mould requirements are scheduled case by case.

Chrome and PVD finishes carry a five-year limited warranty. Matte-black, painted and electrophoretic finishes carry a two-year limited warranty. Coverage starts from the bill-of-lading date and remains subject to the applicable warranty terms and sales contract.
